Lincoln Park

Known as one of the most popular places to live in Chicago, the neighborhood named after the city's largest park boasts several other claims to fame. Lincoln Park is home to the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, the Lincoln Park Zoo, the Chicago Historical Society, and more. The neighborhood is certainly never boring, as it is home to a wealth of fantastic shopping venues and restaurants, along with many parks, beaches, and running paths.

DePaul University lies in the center of Lincoln Park, making the neighborhood a popular place for college students to bar hop in. With three train lines and several bus lines making the neighborhood incredibly accessible, it is not necessary for residents to own cars.

The housing found in Lincoln Park varies greatly. Around DePaul University, one can find several apartment buildings, along with lovely single-family homes. Also, mansions and restored greystones designed by the world's top architects dot the Lincoln Park streets. Lincoln Park provides housing options for families, college students, and young professionals, and isn't looking to lose its “Most Popular” title anytime soon.
